Are the doctors registered in Ireland?
Yes. Every doctor is registered with the Irish Medical Council, and we check that registration before they can take any appointment.
How much does it cost?
A video or phone consultation is €34.99 Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and €39.99 before 9am, after 5pm and at weekends. You see the exact price before you pay. No subscription needed.
Do I need an account before I book?
No. Pick a time first. You create your account when you confirm the booking, and you can use it for future appointments.
Can I get a sick note?
Sick notes and medical certificates are issued where clinically appropriate after a doctor's review.
What if I need to be seen in person?
The doctor will tell you and advise where to go, including a referral letter where appropriate.
Is this for emergencies?
No. In an emergency call 112 or 999, or go to your nearest emergency department.
