Tell us what you need
Choose your condition and answer a short medical questionnaire. It covers the same ground a GP would ask in the room.
A doctor reviews it
An Irish Medical Council registered GP reviews your answers and history, and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you.
Get your outcome
If the doctor approves treatment, you are told how to collect it, usually ready the same day.
Treatment is never automatic
Submitting a request is not the same as being approved for treatment. A doctor reviews your answers and may decline, ask for more information, or recommend a consultation instead. That is a normal part of safe remote care, and you are not charged for treatment that is not issued.
Please answer the questionnaire accurately, including anything else you currently take and any allergies. It is the same information a GP would ask for in person, and it is what keeps remote care safe.
