How do employees know they are covered?
Once they accept their invite, the employee dashboard shows a "Covered by [Your Company]" banner. The booking flow tells them clearly which appointments are billed to you and which (if any) require their own payment.
Can we pull a list of who used the benefit?
Yes — the corporate dashboard shows employee-level usage by reference and service type. We never expose symptoms, questionnaire answers, or any clinical detail to corporate admins.
What happens if an employee leaves?
Deactivate them in the corporate portal. They keep their personal medical record but lose corporate-billed booking access immediately. Pending invites are revoked at the same time.
Is there a minimum employee count?
No. We work with companies from 1 employee up to several thousand.
