From booking to treatment in three steps
Book Your Appointment
Choose your service type — video consultation, telephone call, treatment request, medical certificate, or referral letter. Select a time that works for you from our real-time availability calendar. Complete a brief health questionnaire so your doctor can prepare before the consultation. Pay securely online using card or your HealthDoc credit balance.
Consult Your Doctor
Meet your assigned IMC-registered doctor via high-quality video call or telephone. All consultations are private, confidential, and conducted in a clinical setting. For asynchronous services (certificates, treatment requests), your doctor reviews your questionnaire and issues the outcome without a live appointment.
Receive Your Documents
Treatment decisions, certificates, sick notes and referral letters are delivered to your secure patient portal. Certificates and letters are generated as PDF documents you can download instantly, and where treatment is approved you are told how to collect it, usually the same day. Copies are retained in your medical record for 7 years in line with Irish clinical record guidance.

All doctors are fully registered with the Irish Medical Council (IMC) and carry valid medical indemnity insurance.
We do not employ unlicensed or unregistered practitioners. Every doctor's IMC registration is verified before they can accept appointments.
All consultations are conducted in a professional clinical environment and follow Irish remote clinical service standards.
