Common questions
Who counts as a family member?
A spouse or partner, an elderly parent, a young child or teenager. Adults accept the invite themselves and keep full control of their own medical record. Children are added directly by the plan owner.
Can the plan owner see what an adult dependant has discussed?
No. The plan owner can see who is on the family plan and how often they have used it, but never the symptoms, questionnaire answers, or doctor notes. That data stays between the dependant and the doctor.
What happens to a family member if I cancel the subscription?
Children stay on file as part of your account but lose subscription benefits. Adult dependants are notified and revert to standard pay-per-visit booking on their own account.
Can I add more than 6 members?
